A Beginner’s Attempt

My dinner from Thursday night:

Entrée: roasted carrots with honey
Plat: farfalle pasta with tomatoes and mâche lettuce in olive oil
Dessert: homemade applesauce

Simple, but delicious! I just need to work on having everything ready at the same time. My carrots were cold by the time the pasta was done.

    Sounds delish….you might try tossing the roasted carrots in a skillet with your pasta to reheat the carrots…yum!
